We Heart Geeks features work from Independent Artists all over the world in the form of apparel, accessories and home decor. Sometimes we feature other things like hats, jewelry, or chainmail for gerbils, but not always.
We always stand by the fact that our products are designed by geeks, for geeks and we stand by our artists.
We accept most major Credit Cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay. We are always looking to add additional payment gateways. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to contact us.
The most common reason that your credit/debit card may be declined is that some of the information was entered incorrectly. Please confirm that all information is an exact match for your credit card including the billing address that your bank has on record and the three digit code on the back of your card.
For your security, we do not store or keep any identifiable information regarding your credit/debit card. Unfortunately, this also means that we cannot always pinpoint why your order is being declined. We recommend starting with your bank, but are always happy to help.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. You can only use one discount code per transaction. However, you're more than welcome to use additional discounts for your next order.
Your account will be charged as soon as you submit your order.
Our products are all made to order, so we do require payment up front.
Coupons can only be applied to an order during the time that the coupon is valid. Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts to older orders if the discount was not valid at that time.
If your coupon code is not working, please make sure that you are logged into your account. Some codes require customers to log into their account before the site will allow you to apply the discount to your order.
There is a limit of one coupon code per order.

Exclusive designs are designs that are only available at We Heart Geeks.
We do not currently have any artists in-house, but we do work with independent artists from all over the world to create unique designs inspired by pop culture. We come to an agreement with these artists to be the sole website to feature pieces of their art.

Unfortunately, we do not have physical gift cards available at this time.

That’s part of what makes what we do here at We Heart Geeks so incredible. We get to feature artists from all over the world. Exposure is everything for artists and because we operate the way that we do, we are able to give them a world-wide audience.
We are always looking for new artists and art to feature, so if you’re interested in submitting a design, please feel free to submit your art by clicking here.
Please keep in mind that what you see on your monitor is a digital mock up with an approximation of both size and color. Matching colors to monitors is a fickle (and impossible) process because monitors do tend to vary.
That said, we have been in the industry for over a decade and are committed to quality. The colors and the image that you receive on your shirt will be a reasonable representation of the image that you see on your computer.
We print on a variety of garments at the moment. Below is a list of the garments that we use for each of our products. Please do keep in mind that in case of a manufacturer shortage, these garments may be replaced with a similar garment.

We are currently printing on Port and Company T-shirts for our Basic T-Shirts and in general, they run true to size. I know that sounds like it could be complicated because some companies have smalls that are the size of larges for other companies, while others have 2XL's that are the size of Smalls.
And we KNOW that it is a frustrating process. We are voting for an International Sizing system that will make buying apparel on the Internet much less confusing.
But in the meantime, we recommend you checking out our sizing chart.
All of the apparel on We Heart Geeks is printed with our in-house, state of the art Direct to Garment printers utilizing digital technology. We are one of very few companies that print in house and utilize a three-step process for quality checks before any and all orders make it out the door
There are many "right" ways to wash your shirt, but for the best results, we suggest following the instructions below:
- Prior to washing, turn the shirt inside out.
- For best results, wash with similar colors in cold water.
- Use mild detergent and wash on gentle cycle.
- Do not use bleach or bleach alternatives.
- For best results, hang dry after wash.
- You may also tumble dry with cool/low heat.
- Fabric softener may cause fading.
- DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
Do not iron over the print. Instead, cover with brown paper and iron on low heat with no steam.
Our shirts are pre-shrunk and most are 100% Cotton, but some of our shirts and our hoodies do contain some Polyester. Please keep in mind that all 100% cotton shirts will shrink over their lifetime to some extent with some more than others.
To reduce the chances of your apparel shrinking, we recommend air or hang drying your apparel.
Domestic Shipping
Every item at We Heart Geeks is made to order just for you. That includes all of our apparel, accessories, and our home decor.
We take a lot of pride in the quality of what we do and it shows in the finished product. We strive to finish production in 2 to 5 business days. It is then shipped within 24-hours from our facility.
After your item has been shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail that was used to place the order on our website.
Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your order to arrive within one to five business days. In other words, if you live in California, you can probably expect it within a day or two, but if you live in Alaska, you shouldn’t hold your breath.
Actually, even if you live in Arizona (where we’re based), you shouldn’t hold your breath. It’s not safe to hold your breath for more than like a minute.
Shipping within the United States starts at $3.69. From there, the price depends on the size of your order, but there is a discount in place for ordering multiple items.

There are quite a few reasons that your order has been marked as delivered and you have not received it yet. In general, the USPS does a decent job with delivering packages before they mark them as delivered. However, we have seen quite a few occasions where an order was marked as delivered, but did not show up for a few more days, so please be patient.
In the meantime, it cannot hurt to check with your friends, family, or roommates to see if they might have picked the package up. Keep in mind, our orders are sent out in white, poly-mailers that can be relatively small. We have heard many occasions where a spouse or family member has picked up the package and forgot to give it to the intended customer.
We do recommend that you contact your local USPS branch and check in with your neighbors. Sometimes, there are mix-ups and they are delivered to the wrong address. If you give your local post office your tracking number, they generally have more information and should be able to help you more.
Unfortunately, there is only so much that we can do from our end, so if you have done everything above and still need help, please submit a ticket.
We will still do everything that we can to assist you in finding your package. You will need to contact us within 30 days of the supposed delivery date in order to receive a replacement or a refund.
If you do not contact us within this time, we are not liable.
If your tracking number suggests that the package is being returned to Arizona it may be because it is headed back to our facility. However, sometimes it is just a scanning error within the Post Office. It may still be on its way to you.
If it is indeed being returned to us, we are very sorry about this, but in general, a package is only returned if the shipping address that was put in with the order is incorrect or could not be verified by the USPS.
We do process all of our returns within 48-hours of receiving them and we will contact you for more information to arrange a redelivery if we receive a returned package.
If you think that your package was returned to us and we haven't contacted you, please submit a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If your order has been marked as shipped and has not arrived, please refer to your tracking number. Tracking numbers often have the most up to date information regarding your package's location.
If you have any questions about the tracking, you may also contact the USPS using your tracking number.
If you haven't received a tracking number, please contact us and we will do our best to get you one.
International Shipping
We are aware of many issues surfacing from Brazil regarding their national postal system and the issues that it is facing. Because of these issues, there is a chance that our packages are severely delayed. In some instances, they are being lost in transit.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund orders going to Brazil and if the problem persists, we will have to stop offering shipments to Brazil until the matters are fixed.
Again, we are very sorry about the inconvenience. There is very little that we are able to do and wish that we had more control over the situation.

After your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation to the e-mail that was used to place the order on our website. If you paid for Priority Shipping, you will also receive a tracking number.
We are aware that some Standard Shipping customers are receiving tracking numbers. Unfortunately, these tracking numbers do not work and we are working on getting that removed from our system. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Once you receive your confirmation e-mail, your shirt will take 4 to 7 business days to arrive in your country. From there unfortunately, the time frame is up to your local customs agency and postal service. We have seen orders delivered in two weeks, but we have also seen them take as long as three months.
If you have not received your package within a month, I would recommend contacting your local Post Office and Customs Agency. For all other questions, please feel free to contact us.
Our International shipping prices start at $3.99 for Canadian residents and $5.99 for the rest of the world. Shipping is based on weight, distance, and delivery time frame.
To estimate your shipping costs, please add the desired items to your cart. After you have your desired items in the cart, you can estimate your shipping from the View Your Cart page.

We have two different International Shipping options, Priority and Standard. If you chose Priority (With Tracking) and your number isn't working, please contact us by submitting a ticket.
If you ordered with Standard Shipping, unfortunately we do not offer tracking on our International packages through this method. We sincerely do wish that we could do more in following your package across the globe, but it was a sacrifice we had to make when we opted to change our carriers to offer our new shipping rates.
Packages generally take 2 to 6 weeks to reach their destination, but can take longer depending on your local postal office and custom's agency. For instance, orders to Brazil have taken as long as three months.

Although custom's fees are rare, they can still happen on occasion and are most common on orders with multiple items or a value of $25 or more. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees as they are charged by your local post office. By law, we are responsible for reporting the value of the contents in all of our International orders and we can not change that.
So unfortunately, yes.
If there are customs charges, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred.
Yes! Currently, we are shipping world-wide and if you have an address that accepts mail from your local post, then you can order and subsequently wear our awesome shirts.
If you have a problem checking out with your country, please let us know by submitting a ticket and we will do our best to take care of you right away.
Please be patient as our International orders average 2 to 6 weeks from our shipment date. Unfortunately, they can take even longer depending on your country. If you have not received your order by the 6-week mark, please feel free to contact us and we will do everything that we can to help you with your order.
Sometimes orders are marked as undeliverable due insufficient address. If that happens, they are then returned to us. We do process all of our returns within 48-hours of receiving them and we will contact you for more information if we receive a returned package.
If you think that your package was returned to us and we haven't contacted you, please submit a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
I Need to Change my Order
We know that it can be a struggle to choose between shirts sometimes and we know that sometimes that adorable little angel on your shoulder convinces you that you really do need that third, fourth, or seventeenth shirt in your order.
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to add an item to an order. However, we will ALWAYS do our best to look into this for you.
For us to do that, you can submit a ticket.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your shipping address from your account. Please verify that you have the correct shipping address before submitting your order.
If your order is marked as "Unfulfilled," we will do everything within our power to make the change for you. To make an address change, please submit a ticket.
Please note: Once an order has been shipped the address cannot be changed.
Return Policy
All Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges:
Orders can be cancelled up until the point of production. Every item on our site is custom made just for you. Unfortunately, after an item has been produced we can no longer cancel or refund the order. All sales are final.
We will accept returns if we sent you the wrong item, if it is defective, or if your order was damaged on its journey to your place of residence.
We will not process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for the following:
- Product(s) being shipped to a not-current address
- Orders have been marked as delivered for longer than 14 days.
- Any of our Clearance / Grab Bag / Mystery Package products.
Returns:
All items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date and must be unwashed and unworn. They also cannot be tampered with or damaged via cat, dog, turtle, goat, giraffe, or any other animal or odor. Trust us, we know.

We are able to reject any return that we deem as used. Like I said, trust me. We know. You only need to smell a Llama once to know. If you have any questions about our return policy or to make a return, please feel free to submit a ticket.
Unfortunately, each item is printed just for you and we do not hold inventory for our products. They are custom made in production for each and every order, so it is generally not possible to do an exchange.
Because of this, we recommend that you measure one of your favorite shirts against our sizing chart, which you can find here.
Oh, no! We're very sorry to hear that there was a problem with your order. We do our very best to check, re-check, and triple check each order before it goes out, but the nargles have been known to sneak a shirt through on very rare and extreme occasions.
If you have an issue with your order, please feel free to submit a ticket detailing the issue along with your order number and we will take care of you right away.

Most of the art work that are featured on We Heart Geeks is curated. However, we do accept and encourage artists to submit their work to us. We are currently revamping our submission process, but the best way to send your artwork right now is to visit our submissions page on our website, which you can find here.

Artists are paid a flat rate of 10% of each sale. Designs that are exclusive to We Heart Geeks receive a higher commission. Please keep in mind that artists retain all of the rights for any works that are featured on our website.
Once an artist is accepted to be featured on We Heart Geeks, they will receive a welcome e-mail with their log-in credentials to view their sales tracking.
Artists are paid on the 1st of each month (if that should fall on a weekend, payments will be moved to the first business day of each month).
Gildan is the most common shirt that is used at We Heart Geeks because of the durable quality, as well as the variety of colors that are offered. In general, we try to stick with these shirts because we are committed to quality and consistency. Occasionally, if we find a print that really "needs" another color, we try to make the necessary accommodations. However, that is not always possible.

Not all of these colors are available in our Pullover and Zip Up Hoodies, so we reserve the rights to choose the best fit when possible. Also, in the near future, we will have an art submission file to cater better to the artists in our community.
Our current maximum print dimensions for our shirts on We Heart Geeks are approximately 13" x 16". There are no color limits for our digitally printed items, but for screen printed items, we do have a five color limit with half tones set to 45LPI or less.
